What actually turns up for the money?
Not a list of things I can do. A list of things that become true about your business, and stay true, once it’s built.
There are 59of them. That number is the argument, so it’s worth being plain about it: most of these are things a business would normally buy separately, wire together, and pay for one at a time.
Here the order a customer places becomes the invoice, and the invoice becomes the number you look at on Monday morning — and nobody types it in three times.
It splits three ways
Depending on who feels it.
What will my customers notice?
Everything the outside world runs into — your site, your ordering, what lands in their inbox, and how it all looks.

What stops landing on my desk?
The work that currently needs you personally — the chasing, the remembering, the writing up, the checking.

How do people find me who've never heard of me?
Being discovered by people who don't know you exist yet — and knowing whether any of it is working.

What you won’t find on these three pages.
A percentage. A multiple. A number about what this did for somebody else. There isn’t one anywhere on this site, because nothing has been measured that would make it true, and a made-up number is worth less than no number at all.
You also won’t find anything that isn’t finished. Every line on those three pages is built and working — I can show you any one of them doing its job. The half-built things stay off the site until they aren’t half-built.
Start where it’s cheapest to find out.
The audit is the same check I run before I quote anyone, and you get all of it.
