Directly. There’s no switchboard, no form that goes to a shared inbox, and nobody who’ll be assigned to you.
Whatever you send lands with the person who’d do the work.
What happens after you send it.
I read it and reply within 24 hours on business days, from an address you can reply straight back to. If you left your website, I’ll have looked at it before I write back, so the reply is about your situation rather than a brochure.
If it’s not something I can help with, I’ll say so in the first reply rather than booking a call to say it slowly.
No sequence of follow-up emails. If you don’t reply, that’s an answer, and I’ll leave you alone.
