What actually happens if I say yes?
You tell me what the business needs to do. I build it and show it to you working. If it’s right, you pay and it goes live in your name. If it isn’t, we stop, and it’s cost you nothing.
Then the longer half starts, and it’s the half that matters more: I keep it ahead of what changes around it, for as long as you want me to.
The build happens once. Everything after it carries on for as long as the business does, and that’s where most of the value ends up. Worth understanding both halves before you decide anything — which is what these three are for.

Can I see it before I pay for it?
You do. I build the thing you asked for and show it to you working. If it isn't right, you've lost nothing and you owe nothing.
What happens to my business if you disappear?
Nothing. Every account is in your name, the code is yours, and it runs on infrastructure you own. There's no piece of this that lives with me.
Who looks after it once it's running?
I do, permanently. A system nobody touches gets worse without ever breaking — that's what the monthly is for.
What it needs from you.
One conversation about how the business actually runs — the real version, including the parts held together with a spreadsheet and somebody remembering.
After that, a decision when there’s something to decide. Nothing goes out with your name on it until you’ve said yes, and that is the only standing commitment.
