We use a small set of trusted providers to run the platform. Each handles one job, and only the data needed for it. We name them all here.

“Primary region” is each provider's main processing location. Some providers also use global infrastructure to deliver their service. Your core workspace data (plans, transcripts, files and account records) is stored in the EU.

Changes to this list

We'll update this page whenever we add, remove or change a provider. Material changes are also notified to active clients by email. If you rely on a specific provider list for your own compliance, email us and we'll flag changes to you directly.
