Refund & Cancellation Policy

For a paid engagement, ROISynth agrees a written success definition with you up front — the specific outcome that counts as "it worked" for your project. If we do not meet that agreed, written definition, you get your money back for that engagement, on the terms set out in that agreement.

This is not a "satisfaction" promise you have to argue about afterwards. The measure is written down before the work starts, so both sides know what success means.

A subscription (for example, the planning membership) renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time from your billing settings.

Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where the results guarantee above applies, or where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

One-time purchases — the build tiers and PLAY credits — are for work or capacity that is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

To cancel a subscription, use the billing settings in your Workspace.

For anything else — including a claim under the results guarantee — email hello@roisynth.com and tell us which engagement and outcome you are referring to. We will reply and resolve it directly with you.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law. Where the law requires a refund that this policy does not, the law wins.
