And what’s the bill every month after that?
Usually under $100 a month.
Nothing runs unless it’s needed. When no one is ordering, nothing is switched on, and nothing is being charged for.
Most businesses land between $30 and $100 a month. A busy one, a few hundred. Your first two months are usually covered before you pay anything at all.
You don’t pay it to me.
Every account is set up in your name, so the bill goes straight to you. I never handle it, never mark it up, and have nothing to gain from it being bigger.
That’s also why I can tell you the number before you’ve signed anything. If it were coming through me, you’d be right to want it in writing first.
And if we ever stopped working together, nothing switches off. The bill carries on being yours, because the accounts already were.
What would push it up.
Volume, and nothing else. A busy month costs more than a quiet one, in roughly the way you’d expect.
There’s no per-seat charge, no licence that renews whether you used it or not, and no minimum. A month where nothing happens costs close to nothing, which is the whole reason the number is small enough to print.
If you want a number for your business specifically rather than a range, the audit is the fastest way for me to give you one.
