Why do I need a website before any other service?
Every growth channel — SEO, ads, email, social — sends traffic somewhere. If that destination doesn't convert visitors into enquiries, you're paying to fill a leaky bucket. We build the bucket first, then fill it.
Are there contracts or lock-in periods?
Monthly retainers run on 3-month minimum engagements so we have enough runway to show results. After that, rolling monthly. Build projects are one-time with no ongoing obligation unless you choose to add retainer services.
What about platform costs on top of your fees?
Hosting, databases, email tools, and other external platforms are billed directly to you by those providers — we help you set them up. Most businesses start under $75/month in platform costs. We've built a full tool to help you estimate this.
Can I do Grow without doing Build with ROISynth?
In some cases, yes — if your existing website meets our technical baseline (Core Web Vitals, structure, speed). We audit for free and tell you honestly. If it doesn't pass, we'll give you a fixed price to bring it up to standard.
How long does a website build take?
Starter builds: 2–4 weeks. Growth Platform: 4–8 weeks. Enterprise: scoped per engagement. We don't move to launch until you're satisfied.
